Patricio Espinoza is a Digital Entrepreneur, All-Platforms Emmy award winning Journalist.  He’s a Poynter, McCormick Fellow, and most recently KDMC UC Berkeley and USC KDMC, Knight Digital Media Center Fellow.

Patricio’s professional  experience includes National Correspondent, News Director, New Media Executive, and Social Media Communities development.  He currently leads Hyperlocal Journalism efforts in San Antonio, Texas as well as contributing to NBC’s affiliate News 4 WOAI as a freelance Special Assignments reporter as well as freelance netwrok field producing and reporting with ABC News, Mundo Fox, Discovery, A&E, NPR-Radio Bilingüe, Univision, and Telemundo among others.  He served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.

Patricio is an Adjunct lecturer at OLLU also San Antonio.   An active member Reynolds Journalism Institute “Block-by-Block”, Poynter’s  JTM “Journalism that Matters,” and Harvard’s Citizen Media Project.
